Ingredients:
- 6 bagels, sliced
- 12 slices cooked bacon
- 6 large eggs
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C
Crack each egg into a lightly greased muffin tin cup
Season with salt and pepper
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the yolks are set
Allow the eggs to cool slightly, then remove them from the muffin tin cups
Assemble the sandwiches by placing a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each bagel, followed by a slice of bacon and a baked egg
Top with the other half of the bagel
Wrap each sandwich individually in aluminum foil or plastic wrap, then place them in a freezer-safe bag or container
To reheat, unwrap the sandwich and microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, or until heated through
