Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 1/4 cups buttermilk
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon in a large bowl with a whisk
Take out a different bowl and mix the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract with a whisk
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix them together just until they are mixed
Dont mix the batter too much; its okay if there are some lumps
Set a griddle or nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and use cooking spray or butter to lightly coat it
For every pancake, put 1/4 cup of the batter on the hot griddle
Start cooking when the top starts to bubble
Then turn it over and cook until both sides are golden brown
Top the pancakes with your favorite things, like whipped cream, maple syrup, or fresh berries
Serve them hot
