Ingredients:
- 1 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Combine soy sauce, ground ginger, sriracha sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, ground ginger powder, ground ginger, lime juice, and cilantro in a bowl
Toss gently to coat the cubed tofu in the marinade
