The combination of soy sauce, maple syrup, and sriracha sauce creates a sweet, savory, and spicy marinade that infuses the tofu with deliciousness. This recipe is perfect for tofu lovers looking to add some excitement to their meals.

Ingredients:

  • 1 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Combine soy sauce, ground ginger, sriracha sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, ground ginger powder, ground ginger, lime juice, and cilantro in a bowl

Toss gently to coat the cubed tofu in the marinade

Give it at least half an hour to marinate

A nonstick skillet should be heated to medium heat

After adding the marinated tofu, cook it for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping it occasionally, until it becomes crispy and golden brown

If desired, top the hot dish with extra cilantro
