Ingredients:
- 1
- 5 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 4 equal cubes
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and condiments for topping
Instructions:
Warm up the grill over medium-high heat
Put the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, Parmesan cheese, parsley, chives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl
Mix everything together well
Make 4 equal portions of the meat mixture and shape each one into a patty
In the middle of each patty, put a cube of mozzarella cheese
Then, shape the meat around the cheese to cover it completely
The burgers should be grilled for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 160F 71C, which means they are medium-done
In the last two minutes of cooking, toast the buns on the grill
To make the burgers, put one patty on a bun and add lettuce, tomato, and your favorite toppings on top of each one
Serve right away and enjoy
