Ingredients:
- 2 lbs beef stew meat, cubed
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed and cut
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
Instructions:
Put the beef stew meat in a large bowl and season it with salt and pepper
Heat up some olive oil in your pressure cooker and set it to saut mode
Season the beef and add it to the pot
Brown it all over
Put in the garlic and diced onions, and saut until the onions are soft
Its time to add the tomato paste, thyme, and rosemary
