This easy overnight crockpot casserole makes a tasty breakfast when you wake up. You can make it ahead of time and let your slow cooker do the work while you sleep.
Ingredients:
- 1 package frozen shredded hash browns 30 oz
- 1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced green onions
- 12 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
In the slow cooker, put half of the frozen hash browns, bacon, cheese, and green onions on the bottom
Add more layers with the rest of the bacon, cheese, green onions, and hash browns
Mix the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl with a whisk
Mix the eggs and pour them over the things in the slow cooker
Turn the heat down to low, cover, and cook for 8 hours, or until the eggs are set
Enjoy while hot
