Ingredients:
- 10 rice paper wrappers
- 1 cup cooked sushi rice
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1/2 cup pickled daikon radish
- 1/2 cup pickled carrots
- 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup mint leaves
- 10 slices of cooked shrimp
- Soy sauce or hoisin sauce for dipping
Instructions:
Gather all the parts and get them ready to put together
To make one rice paper wrapper soft, put it in warm water for a short time
Open the package and place it flat on a clean surface
Leave some space around the edges of the wrapper and add a small amount of cooked sushi rice
Cut up cucumber, pickled daikon radish, pickled carrots, cilantro, mint, and a slice of cooked shrimp to put on top
Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, and then roll it up tight from the bottom to the top, making sure the edges are sealed as you go
Do it again with the rest of the ingredients
You can dip it in soy sauce or hoisin sauce
